Many biohazard and crime scene cleanup services are covered under homeowner’s, renter’s, landlord, or commercial insurance policies. We assist with claim documentation and, when applicable, can bill insurance directly to minimize out-of-pocket expenses. Our hope is to take as much hassle as we can out of this difficult time. Coverage is subject to policy terms and deductibles.

For services not covered by insurance or when immediate payment is needed, we work with trusted third-party financing providers. These options may include short-term payment plans or deferred payment programs, subject to approval by the financing provider.

We accept major credit cards, electronic payments, and approved business checks. Payment terms are discussed upfront and handled with transparency and discretion.

We provide clear estimates and explain all available financial options before work begins, allowing clients to make informed decisions during a difficult time.
